Part of Official Secrets, an ongoing project, with photographer William Arnold, this print responds to a rudimentary sketch of an effluent outlet from the former Nancekuke Chemical Weapons Establishment. The original drawing, which is part of a previously secret document on the closure of the CDE, is now in the public domain. 

Responding to the redacted and missing elements of this intriguing publication, the broken repeat pattern of Outlet deliberately misinterprets; is the form concave, or convex?
